About Us
Life Transitions' core purpose is to significantly increase an employees' performance
within the workplace through providing
a consultancy for both individuals and organisations in the areas
of competency based leadership, coaching, selection, interviewing
and change management. We have a passion to see people develop,
adjust to change and realise their potential.
Richard Braybrooke BA Hons, FCIPD is a professional and energetic
Business Consultant with well-rounded experience in Human Resource
management and development. With a honours degree
in Business Studies Richard is a Fellow of the
Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. His background
includes senior HR positions in the engineering, retail and financial
services sectors including HR Director of Noble Lowndes, a leading
international employee benefits consultancy.
A practitioner in psychometric
tests including MBTI and 16PF
Richard has also had experience in a London based headhunting firm
and for ten years in a senior consulting role with a leading international
career management firm.
Mercia Braybrooke is a qualified Counsellor with a master's
degree in Organisation Consulting who worked for many years with individuals in organisations
following traumatic incidents at work. The valuable insights she
gained into the effects of sudden change on organisations and individuals
and the benefits to both of understanding and working with the
process of transition has for many years informed her work in Organisational
Consulting. She also supports the business development and administration
functions at LTC.
Catherine Gilbert, MA (Cantab), MBA, FRSA, has over
20 years experience in the human resources field, supporting HR
Managers in organisations in improving employee performance, managing
employee transitions and with their director level recruitment
needs. She has also worked with multinational and pharmaceutical
companies to project manage major outplacement and change management
training programmes. For the last 14 years she has successfully
run pan-European induction and new product training programmes
for a leading HR services consultancy and for the same organisation
an exciting recent project was to write, co-direct and narrate
a pan-European video on how to be a successful interviewee.
